Why can't I see 'Payments' or 'Administration' on Bankline?

Your Bankline administrator controls what you can do in Bankline. They'll only give you access to the things you need to see and use.

If there's an option you think you should be able to see, please speak to your Bankline administrator about your privileges.

If you're an administrator setting up a new Bankline profile, you'll not be able to access much from the start. You'll need to build your profile by assigning yourself and other users relevant roles and privileges.

For help with this simply click the 'Message us' button within Bankline.
