Why can't I see the 'request an activation code' link on the Bankline login screen?

The 'request an activation code' only appears on the second login screen, after you've already entered your Customer ID and User ID.

If you can't see it, or it's not working as a link, you'll need to ask your Bankline administrator to reset your PIN and password for you.
