Why won't my QR code scan when I'm logging into Bankline?
There are a few reasons why your QR code may not be scanning on your QR reader. Try these troubleshooting tips below:
- Your browser may not be displaying the QR code correctly. Try zooming in and out on your browser (you can do this using your browser settings). Alternatively, you could try a different web browser.
- Your monitor’s settings can affect QR readability. Try adjusting the brightness and contrast in your monitor’s settings.
- Your monitor’s screen resolution may be distorting the QR code. Try changing the display to the standard settings.
