Your selected question

What if I receive an email that claims to be from the bank and tells me to disclose, confirm or update my Bankline login details?

Don't provide your Bankline login details or follow any instructions in the email, such as following a hyperlink or opening an attachment.

You've received a phishing email – these are bogus messages generated by fraudsters to extract confidential information.

Please remember we'll never ask you to provide Bankline PINs, passwords or other security details in an email.

If you've responded already, or you're concerned that your Bankline security credentials have been disclosed or compromised, contact the Bankline Security helpline or Bankline helpdesk for assistance.

For contact details and opening times see How can I contact the Bankline Security helpline?

If you haven't responded, please forward the email to where it will be investigated by our specialist fraud team.
