Awaiting authorisation |
The file needs to be authorised by one or more users |
Awaiting 2nd authorisation |
The file has received one level of authorisation, but requires a different user to authorise it in order to be fully authorised |
Awaiting validation |
The file has been authorised but is waiting to be validated and processed by the system |
Validating |
The file has been authorised and is being validated by the system |
Rejected |
The file has failed validation in the system |
Expired |
A file which has not been authorised within 50 days of submission. It cannot now be authorised |
Pre-authorisation cancellation |
The file has been cancelled from further processing prior to being fully authorised |
Cancelled |
The file has been cancelled and all collections within it have been cancelled |
Partially cancelled |
The file has been cancelled and some of the collections within it have been cancelled (only applies to files submitted before 2nd April 2016) |
Processed |
The file has processed and all of the collections have settled (only applies to files submitted before 2nd April 2016) |
Partially processed |
The file has started processing and some collections have settled, while the rest have not reached their settlement date (only applies to files submitted before 2nd April 2016) |
Reversed |
The file has been reversed and all of the collections have been reversed (only applies to files submitted before 2nd April 2016) |
