How do I update my personal details in Bankline?
A:
To change your personal or business details in Bankline, contact your Bankline administrator.
(If you're not a Bankline customer and you're looking to update your details in Anytime Banking, you can find instructions to do this at www.digital.ulsterbank.co.uk/personal/help-and-support.)
If you're an administrator:

In the 'Administration' section, select 'Manage Users'.

Choose the 'User ID' in question.

Make the changes then hit 'Continue' and 'Confirm changes'.
When you've done that, go to 'Smartcard Authorisation' and follow the onscreen instructions to authorise this change.
