I'm being asked to change my PIN and password and authorise this with a Smartcard security code. Should I do it?


No – we'll never ask you to use a Smartcard to change your PIN and password. 

If this happens your computer may be infected with a virus.  You should end the Bankline session immediately and contact the Bankline Security helpline for assistance.
