How do I find out why my payment expired or was rejected?
A:
To do this you'll need to view the event history of the payment:
- Find the payment on Bankline. If you're not sure how to do this, you can find out here
- When you're viewing the full information of the payment, select the payment reference (which appears in the title of the first box)
- In the information here, you'll see the event history. Viewing this will help you see why your payment expired or was rejected
