I’ve just created a template, but it isn’t showing in the list for me to use. Why not?

A:

The three most likely reasons are:

  1. Your system is set up so that any templates you (or any other users) create need to be checked by someone else. Your template has not yet been checked. You can see the status in Manage Templates.
  2. Your template has been suspended or cancelled. You can see the status in Manage Templates.
  3. It may be that your privileges allow you to add templates from the debit account but not to make payments from the debit account. Please check with your administrator.
