How do I reinstate a template?

A:

Reinstating a template means that you and other users will be able to use a template again that had previously been suspended.

If you want to reinstate a suspended template, simply follow these steps:

  1. Select 'Payments' from the main menu, then 'Manage templates'
  2. Locate the template you want to reinstate, it will currently have a suspended status
  3. Select the template by clicking on the template reference and then select 'Reinstate template' at the bottom of the page
  4. Once confirmed the template will be available again to use for payments
  5. If you have Smartcard authorisation and/or dual control enabled for templates, this change will need to be approved before the template is available to use

If you've cancelled a template you won't be able to reinstate it, you'll need to create a new one.
