Why don’t I see an autobooked rate in the foreign exchange section of the international payment confirmation screen?


You’ll not see an autobooked foreign exchange rate on the international payments screen if:

  • The payment is due to be processed on a future date.
  • The payment is over £100,000 or equivalent.
  • The payment is complex, such as when more than one rate applies.
  • A pre-booked deal has been entered.
