How do I cancel a future dated payment?

A:

If you want to cancel a payment that is in a 'Future Dated' status you will need to clear the authorisation first.

To do this you need to search for the payment and select 'Clear authorisation' then confirm.

Once you select confirm you will need to confirm this with you Smartcard by following the on-screen instructions.

After the authorisation has been cleared you can then cancel the payment by selecting 'Cancel payment'.
