What do I need to approve a payment or transfer?

A:

To approve a payment or transfer you'll need to use your smartcard and smartcard card reader.

Tick the payments you you want to approve and then follow the instructions on your Bankline screen. You'll be asked to scan a QR code with your smartcard and card reader. This will generate a code for you to enter in Bankline.
