Why can't I authorise a payment I'm viewing?

A:

There are three main reasons why you may not be able to authorise a payment you're viewing:

  1. A payment limit on your Bankline profile may be stopping you from authorising the payment. An administrator can check and amend your payment limits, if you discuss this with them. How do I find my Bankline administrator?
  2. You may not have the required privileges to authorise the payment. If you speak to your administrator, they'll be able to look into this for you
  3. Another user may be working on the payment. If you both log out and log back in after ten minutes, you should be able access and approve the payment, assuming you have the required privileges
