What account name should I ask payers to use when they pay me?

A:

You need to provide the account name to the payer as it appears exactly on your account. You must provide your full account name accurately, otherwise the payer may receive either a ‘no match’ or ‘close match’ response when they try to make the payment to you. 

If you need to confirm your full account name, you can contact your normal customer service team.

If your account name changes, don’t forget to let people know.
