What does the error message “Please contact an administrator. If you are a Customer Administrator, please contact your Bank Administrator” mean?


If you're seeing this message, you'll need to reset your Bankline PIN and password.

If you know your customer ID and user ID, you may be able to use the 'request an activation code' link on the second login page.

If you can't see that link, or you don't know your customer ID and user ID, you'll need to contact your Bankline administrator.

If you're being asked to contact your bank administrator, this is referring to the Bankline helpdesk.
