How do I log in to Bankline?

A:

To log in to Bankline you'll need your:

  • Customer ID – the same for everyone in your organisation. Contains numbers only.
  • User ID – unique to you. Contains letters and numbers.
  • Password – 6-20 characters with at least one number and one letter but no special characters.
  • 4 digit PIN or Smartcard and QR reader 

If you have these to hand, follow the steps below:

  1. Enter your Customer ID and User ID on the first login screen, then select 'Continue'.

  2. On the next screen you'll either be prompted to enter three digits from your PIN and three characters from your password, or you'll be asked to scan a QR code with your reader and enter three characters from your password. (You can find support on scanning QR codes in our guide.) 

  3. Select 'Continue'.

  4. Check the information in the welcome message is correct before hitting 'Confirm'.
