What is a Customer ID?

A:

Your Customer ID is the number that identifies your organisation to Bankline. You'll need it each time you log in. Your Customer ID will be the same for all users on your profile.

It's made up of numbers only. You'll have received this from us by email, or from your Bankline administrator.

It's important to double-check you've entered your Customer ID accurately in the right box to log in successfully. 

If you've forgotten your Customer ID, please contact your Bankline administrator or check with another Bankline user in your business.

Are you looking for Online Banking?

If you've got a 10-digit 'Customer Number' that's made up of your date of birth and four more digits, you need Online Banking, rather than Bankline. You can find it here.
