How can I make someone a Bankline administrator?

A:

You'll need to have administration privileges to make someone an administrator. 

To assign the administration role to a current user:

  1. In the 'Administration' section, select 'Manage Users'.

  2. Select the relevant User ID.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the user's details and select 'Edit roles/smartcard'.

  4. Tick the box alongside 'Administrator'. Click 'Continue' then 'Confirm'. 

  5. This will then need to be approved using your Smartcard.
