How do I change a user's address in Bankline?

A:

To change a user's address on your Bankline profile, you'll need to be an administrator.

Here are the steps:

  1. From the administration menu, click 'Manage users'
  2. Click the User ID of the person whose address you want to change
  3. On the 'Edit user' screen, scroll down and make the appropriate changes in the address fields. (If their address is the same as the business address, click 'Use business address' to pre-populate it.)
  4. Click 'Continue', then 'Confirm changes'
  5. You'll now need to approve this change with your smartcard, you can do this by going to 'Smartcard authorisation' in the Administration menu
