How do I change an Account Identifier?
A:
Account Identifiers allow you to differentiate between multiple accounts in a list. You can choose any of the following three options as your Account Identifiers:
- Sort code and account number
- Alias (a nickname you can choose yourself)
- Account name
To change this, you'll need to be an administrator. Here are the steps to follow:
- From the administration menu, click 'Customer details'
- Select the title of the first box called 'Customer details'
- From here you can change your Account Identifier
- Click 'Continue', then 'Update'. Lastly, you'll need to approve this change with your smartcard.
