To turn the setting on or off:

In the 'Administration' section, select 'Customer details'.

Select the title of the first box, which is 'Customer details'.

Change 'Automated PIN/Password reset' to either ‘Yes' or 'No' and select 'Confirm'.

Hit 'Update'.
