How do I change which actions need dual administration?


To change which actions need dual administration you'll need to be an administrator. Here are the steps to follow:

  1. From the 'Administration' menu select 'Customer details'
  2. Select 'Dual Administration settings' in the first panel
  3. Select 'Edit privileges subject to Dual Administration'
  4. Select the actions administrators make that will require two administrators to approve. You may need to increase the number of actions displayed per page by using the drop down in the top right hand corner. If you'd lke all changes to require two administrators, click the tick box at the top of the list
  5. Once you've ticked the options you require, click 'Confirm changes to privleges'
  6. Click 'Confirm' and then 'Update'

You'll also need a second administrator to approve this change. They can approve it by going into 'Authorise change' under 'Administration'.

Once you've made these changes, a second administrator will be needed to approve changes to the actions you've selected.
