How do I change the business address in Bankline?

A:

To change your business address details in Bankline you'll need administration privileges. 

If you're an administrator:

  1. Select 'Administration' from the left-hand menu and choose the first option, 'Customer details'

  2. Select the title of the first box, 'Customer details'

  3. Make the changes then hit 'Confirm', followed by 'Update'.  You'll need then be prompted to approve this with your Smartcard.

Changing your address in Bankline won't change the address we send your statements and chequebooks to. To update this, contact your Relationship Manager or the customer service team.

This process changes the address of your organisation, but it won't change the addresses of your Bankline users. You can find out how to do this below:
