How do I view a group account balance?
A:
To view a group account balance:
- In the 'Account information' section, select 'View Group Accounts'.
- Select the relevant Group Account by clicking the 'Group Account ID'.
If you need to view the balance in a different currency, choose a currency from the 'Change Currency' dropdown box and click 'Go'.
To view a historic balance, either enter a date in the 'View historic balances' box or select a date from the calendar and click 'Go'.
You can also print a PDF of the Account set balance by clicking 'Print/Save as'.
