How do I change the account ID to show the alias?
A:
To show your account alias, you'll need to make a change to your administration settings. Only Bankline administrators are able to do this.
- Go to 'Administration', then 'Customer details'.
- In the top box, select the title 'Customer Details'.
- You'll then see the 'Account identifier' setting, which you can then change to 'Alias (which you can configure)'.
- Select 'Confirm', then 'Update'.
- Then use your Smartcard to authorise the change.
